The scope, timeline and cost of every project are approved by the client before work begins, in the form of a written proforma invoice or contract.

Information and content received from the client are used solely to deliver that project and are never shared with third parties without permission.

The free post-delivery support period and the terms of continued collaboration are clearly stated in each project's contract.
